Nursery-direct fulfillment

Every order ships directly from our nursery. Your plants are pulled from the nursery grounds, checked, and carefully packed to help prevent shifting and damage during transit.

When your box arrives: unpack promptly, remove packing materials, and water as needed.

Spring pre-orders ship by growing zone

Pre-orders ship in the spring based on your USDA Growing Zone. This helps us time delivery closer to safe planting weather in your area and reduces the risk of cold damage while your plants are in transit.

FAQs

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as quickly as possible. There are a lot of moving parts at the nursery—printing labels, pulling plants from the grounds, boxing, loading trucks, and updating tracking—so once the process starts, changes may not be possible.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Will my order arrive in one box?

Not always. Some orders ship in multiple boxes depending on plant size and safe packing requirements. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking details for each one.

What if my plant arrives dormant?

Some plants naturally go dormant in cooler months. Dormant plants can look “sleepy” at arrival but will leaf out when conditions are right. If you’re unsure what you’re seeing, reach out—we’ll help.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Please email us with photos of the plant and packaging so we can help quickly.
